Art Therapy
Art has always been more than a practice for me — it is a language, a bridge, and a tool for connection and healing. My studies at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Design and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy, taught me to see creativity not only as expression, but as a powerful way to explore emotions, reflect on experiences, and reconnect with oneself.
Art therapy is a form of therapy that uses the creative process of making art to support emotional wellbeing, self-exploration, and personal growth. It is not about artistic skill or creating “perfect” pieces — it’s about using art as a way to express feelings, process experiences, and find insight or healing.
Over the years, I have woven these lessons into every part of my work — from tattooing to workshops, and into my ongoing project, Threaded Marks.
Threaded Marks: A Workshop for Connection and Expression
Threaded Marks is an immersive workshop that combines colour, thread, and canvas to create a space where participants can explore their emotions, identities, and personal stories.
Through guided exercises, music, and thoughtfully prepared environments, participants are invited to:
Express themselves through thread and painted surfaces
Explore colour as emotion and archetype
Connect deeply with their own creative process in a safe and reflective space
This workshop is rooted in the principles of art therapy, offering both a therapeutic and artistic experience. Whether you come to create, reflect, or simply slow down, Threaded Marks allows you to connect with yourself in a meaningful and tactile way.
Private Sessions
For those seeking a more personalised experience, I offer private workshops. These sessions are tailored to individuals or small groups and can focus on Threaded Marks techniques, other creative exercises, or explorations of self-expression and emotional wellbeing.
Private sessions are a flexible way to engage with creativity at your own pace, in a space designed for reflection, growth, and healing.
Looking Ahead
I am continually inspired by the possibilities of art therapy and creative expression, and I am exploring new workshop formats and experiences. If you’d like to be the first to know about upcoming sessions, retreats, or creative projects, you can join my mailing list or follow my work online.
Art, for me, is never just about making — it is about connecting, healing, and transforming. Through Threaded Marks, private sessions, and future creative experiences, I invite you to explore this journey alongside me.
